Alona works in the music industry for almost a decade. Starting as a volunteer for the music festival she soon grew to the position of program director taking care of 100+ acts performing the biggest festival stages in Ukraine. She believes in the power of education and networking having done the music exchange projects in Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and even in the Middle East (Kyrgyzstan, hello!).

SPRAAK, den 22/10 på i Kuben på Malmö Live, är inspirationsdagen där skolor och kulturliv möts för att inspireras, informeras och starta processer för Skapande skola läsår 2026–2027. En tre-dagars musikfestival på världens minsta scen! In 2025, the Jazzpilots of German Jazzunion and Jan Monazahian successfully held a six months workshop series about music mediation and forms of musical community building - the Jazzpilot.Campus. Participants learned about planning and organizing their own mediation project, how to apply for funding, how to establish personal and communal value, and of course, how to create engaging projects. Join in and ask questions!
