ALONA DMUKHOVSKA, Co-founder of Music Export Ukraine

Alona works in the music industry for almost a decade. Starting as a volunteer for the music festival she soon grew to the position of program director taking care of 100+ acts performing the biggest festival stages in Ukraine. She believes in the power of education and networking having done the music exchange projects in Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and even in the Middle East (Kyrgyzstan, hello!).

ANTON SHIFERSON - Crisis Management In Culture - Underground Electronic Label’s Perspective.

Anton is a post-industrial musician (Ship Her Son); A graphic and sleeve designer; The head of a digital department in IT; An event co-organizer; Responsible person for distribution at the electronic label Dnipropop.

Marichka is a musician, composer, culture manager, head of an NGO that provides Local cultural support. Shes talks about how she manages to be a cultural creative in times of war and how she and her peers organizes a big out door city festival in Lviv each year!
