Vocal flow brings intimate space with colorful sprinkles and playfulness, it meets accordions’s warm wave and subtle note on the shore. It is like breezy conversation with afternoon sun, comforting and amusing.
International breed performing songs in English, Swedish, Mandarin and Taiwanese, based in Malmö.
Ching-wen from Taiwan and Krzysztof from Poland first met in Göteborg. Since then have been playing in different venues in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Germany, Japan and Taiwan, including Helsingborg Festival, Treibgut singer-songwriter Festival in Münster, Micropop Festival in Düsseldorf, Bermuda Container Festival in Helsinki, Mojo in Kyoto and The Wall in Taipei.
In 2021 participated “Tiny Malme session” Winter Edition.
In 2020 started project “Little things matter" streaming online on Sunday afternoon to ease the winter-corona blue.
In 2017 released EP “no.3” and toured in Kyoto, Osaka and Taipei.
In 2014 released an EP “Song with no words”and used as soundtrack in documentary by Taiwanese director Geng-Yu Wang.
Yellowbrenda knows how to surprise with unusual sound and instrument.
